At Nutramount, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return process:
- Eligibility: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at KathleenDeirdre79@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
- Refunds: Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.It is important to inform us whether you wish your refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account or whether you would like it to be placed as credit on your Nutramount customer account. If you would like the refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account, please provide us with your international bank account number IBAN and your bank’s SWIFT code. You should allow 2-3 weeks for Nutramount to process your return and refund you accordingly.
- Note: You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, and we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a trackable service. Please ensure the goods are sufficiently packaged and cannot be damaged during transit to us.
