Nutramount is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
7.4 Refunds

Issued as store credit on your Nutramount customer account

7.4.4 Please allow 2–3 weeks for Nutramount to process your return and issue your refund after receipt of the returned item.
7.5 Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team promptly with your order details and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
